While I am reading the link that a mylotter (@allknowing) added in her discussion about a rapist sentenced to death by hanging, my concentration was momentarily disrupted. There was a fly flying around. It is small, that I think it is newly-hatched. It is flying around and I am following it with the blue fly swatter. It sometimes lands at the on the table, but swiftly flies away when I slowly approach the table. Our laundry woman is ironing our clothes that were washed yesterday, and I cannot just run around hitting anywhere the fly might land. Miss J might be distracted. It is a fact that if a big fly or a couple of houseflies fly around, there is a tendency that a mouse is killed. My sister put some rat poison in hidden areas of our house, but we cannot smell any rotting mouse as of yet. Possibly the fly entered the house when our screen door is swung wide open. How do you deal with flying houseflies?

@ridingbet It happens that a fly comes inside when I open the front door. We usually do not have flies inside.

I just ignore the mosquitos now a days, I'm more panic with the flies who sneaks in as you go inside the house.

mosquitoes should not be ignored because like the houseflies, these blood-suckers are vectors for infectious diseases like dengue, malaria, and other diseases.

I hate flies too! You can put some fly trap like a sticky paper.

have you seen a microscopic activity of a fly that lands in your food? it gives ut the very minute larvae that are all alive, that gets into the food.
