Last night was a fun night.We always enjoy our selves visiting them.
Get to play with my god dog.It was a nice evening.
They serve us pizza home made like my mama used to make.
No sauce sliced juicy tomatoes,basil,olive oil,it was delicious.
These are our vegetarian friends.Dessert which we did not need.
Strawberry short cake with his home made biscuit.
Now this is the sad part.Both of them are on a diet.
They are very skinny and look terrible.
Why are they doing this.I dunno
we felt so uncomfortable as we are enjoying our dinner not them.
This take the fun out of this.
Beside enjoying my playing with the dog and conversation.
Had a good time.Now the when they come to ours what do we served them.
They are on a diet and vegans.
I am getting at the point that they are weird?just saying.
We made plan for a couple of trips.One to Star Island,Maine and Mt.Washington.
should be fun.Tonight we are having company for diner.Glad when this is over.
Can stand all the excitment.

Maybe when vegans are on a diet they eat plain raw veggies, no oils and no sweets, no rice, bread or pasta.

@andriaperry why are they on a diet.They never been overweight.I believe this is sort os a sickness there.

The food sounds great, but it would awkward enjoying while they were not. He does not look terribly thin.

When they come for dinner, I'd plan a self-serve salad bar with all the fixin's, like most restaurants do. For those who eat meat, Mike could bake some nice delectable meat, and spread it out on a serving plate. Homemade biscuits? There's a meal everyone could dig into!

Being skinny isn't bad if it's due to exercise and or eating healthy. But if you have company and make food you should enjoy yourselves and splurge a little rather then make guests feel uncomfortable with eating so much alone.

The pizza does look good. I agree, he has no reason to be on a diet. Enjoy your trip to Star Island and Mt. Washington.

If I had to serve vegan guests at a party I was having, I'd hand them a bowl of ice chips and a head of lettuce. Take your pick...soup or salad?
