I think she's about 30. She lives in her grandmother's garage, and her father lives in the back of the house. The police have been called in the past.

@BarBaraPrz That does not sound good. I pictured an old lady with dementia. She should be evaluated before her behavior escalates into something dangerous.

Many times you have to deal with people like this. Especially as they get older or have mental issues. Not too bad i guess as long as they seem harmless.
