Good Wednesday morning to all from this side of the planet. How is the weather out there?
Although we want summer season out due to extreme hotness, right now, we here in my country wish for the rainy season to just slow down a bit. I watched the morning news a while back and it was reported that in a certain place, the flood waters reached ten feet high and now, the waters are receding. What saddens me too, is the number of casualties because of the flood, and the destruction of rice fields and other crops, that may possibly lead to price increase of commodities in the market and groceries, and hoarding of consumers.
Here, our skies are dark once again. It is raining everyday. I think the mighty sun is shining in other parts of the world.
It is not so hot at night. I do not switch on the electric fan, and sometimes I use my blanket.
As you can see in the picture, our neighbor (yes, they are the owners of the dogs that bark) has just hung their newly-washed clothes. They start washing their clothes at 4:30AM every other day.

so, maybe laundries are hanging under the sun. it is more scented when clothes are dried under the sun

@JustBhem what i mean are the white shirts. they become whiter under the sun. of course the colored ones, hung inside out, should be in near-shaded areas.

Not really, clothes should not be exposed too much under the sun because the colors will fade right away. At least put them when there are shades. It will soon dry by the wind.

it is drying up fast now. the mighty sun is up there, but clouds so dark are still in the horizon

it is good to go to the market or grocery when it is not raining, but here, when it is hot, it is really hot, that is why when we go to the grocery, it should be in the afternoon so it is not hot anymore. although the sun is out, the skies are still covered with clouds, so we expect rains this late afternoon

last night, it did not rain, but it was cool. i did not switch on the fan too, and i put my blanket down to my knees.

it is also better to rinse our clothes with fabric conditioner so that even though the clothes are hung under a shade, they won't smell bad.
