Now I know that I can love with out expecting anything in return

I have always thought it was so silly of people to be so in love with others - they do a lot of crazy things because they "love" the other person. And when I was so much younger I said to myself and always answered the question "to love to be loved?" by me wanting to be loved and I will just go from there. (Kind of selfish of me right?) But recently, I was introduced to these group of Korean Boy groups and I got to know them by watching a lot of videos and shows, and i observe them, and talk about them with some of other fans too. Only to realize that I no longer just see them from the surface and have really gotten to know them and now they are my inspiration, that if they are being sad i feel sad, if they are struggling, i too feel the burden. I asked this question several times now... Is this what true love is? Is this what people who have loved others who does not love them back feel? I have so much love for them that It is just okay with me that I am a fan and not even their friend. That the thought of them not being active in music worries me too... I have this feeling that if they are happy, I would be happy. If they are successful, I would be happy more. Its like that already. This probably is that kind of love that gives and does not expect anything in return. And more so in doing this, I still feel blessed that I know how it is to feel this kind of love. It sometimes overwhelms me, but in a good way. It made me feel that indeed love is just around us.

Haha, I think yes it started out this way, but then i think as of this time it is a bit more deep than a crush or an admiration. thank you so much for your response.

yes i do not think it is romantic love, it is the kind of love that is just like a friendship perhaps? or a bit deeper still?

indeed. there is a difference in both, and i think mine is love and i am beyond just admiring them. my "love" and support fr them has transcended that of a regular kind of support a normal person would give out to their celebrity crush or to their favorite actors or singers. I have done more and is still willing to go beyond and at the end of it all - it makes me happy!

@chiyosan I very well understand and respect your feelings. But the hard fact is that there is nothing like True one sided love. Every ling lasting tru eleven demands mutual input and care. If you don't mind can I ask you your age?
