I attended awhile ago a community meeting, attendees were came from local government and selected people from the communities, that was a regular quarterly meeting initiated by the company for the purpose of bridging gaps and establish good relationship with the community. Giving random questions to every attendees was part of the program, one of the questions and answers that moved me to think in depth was" If you were given a chance to be a principal , what is the first thing do you want to change?" One of the attendee's answer was, Values formation- the sustainabilility of values at home should be the job of the school because values that instilled while young has more chances of becoming a grown up better man. How do you answer that kind of question?

I think schools should include classes that teach children to express their emotions in positive ways. Also expand their vocabulary on words that have to do with emotion. Happiness shouldn't be the social standard when there are so many other words to express a positive feeling.

You have a very good idea. I agree, depression starts when people failed to meet the social standard and social acceptability.
