PayPal Customer Support Sucks! I am SO tired!

I've been on the phone with PayPal customer support for almost 2 hours! I haven't slept yet. I can't access my account because my toddler played with my phone and put in too many wrong passwords. I never thought it would be this much of a pain to fix! They keep sending me between 2 departments and they aren't listening to me. They just send me to someone else. I've talked to 5 different people and had to be transferred to customer support 3 times to verify my account, but when I talk to the people in charge of fixing it, they send me back to verify my account. Does that make sense? I'm delirious. I can't receive payments until it is fixed. I want to cry. Should I just hang up and call back? I don't know anymore.

Try waiting 24 hrs then login again with your original password. After 5 failed attempts to login PayPal may suspect a hacker and suspend your account for 24 hrs....but they should notify you of their suspicions through email.

Maybe it's for the better of the customers. Easy policies are more prone to get attacked by cyber criminals

It shouldn't be that hard. I would just contact them via chat support. They help.easier and quicker that way.
