Hi everyone, right now I want to share about my small business. I was an employee for 6 years and freelancer for 2 years. And then, I think it was enough. With money saving from 8 years working, I started open my small business – design related (see my previous post for more information).
At first, it is not easy. It is kinda difficult to find someone who trust you enough for design their brand. Especially if you are cant speaking English good enough. I started to design and selling in design market like Envato. It is not big money but at least it still give me money every time people download my design. Later, I started to open account in Fiverr. It takes time too to be seller level 2. But totally worth it. From that, I got quite few order for their brand or their advertising.
Keep working hard and smart. That’s a key. I was working from 10am to 10pm everyday, including holiday and weekend, but it is worth my time. But right now, I don’t need to work as hard as before. I got small group that can help me and they work for me too. Yes, starting is hard but I cant imagine I keep working as employee with some evil boss. Lol
What about you?

Yes, I agree with you. Entrepreneur is not easy but it's worth it. You have your own time

Sounds like everything's going well, I believe it will be better and better. It feels good to be a boss yourself.

All the best for your own business. I worked as special educator and counselor in the morning and ran my own remedial classes and counseling sessions from my home in evening for two hours. SO I worked under some boss in the morning for two hours and was my own boss in the evening. I enjoyed both as it was the work that I was passionate about.

Thanks for sharing your story! Personally I like being an employee but I prefer safety.
