Cleaning up to receive my friends.

Today I am having Hector and Marta to tea. They are the friends that went with me to the Iguazú falls.
These friends have been coming to see me once a week since my husband died. It is so generous of them to keep me company. I don´t mean now that I´m fine. But at first I was feeling very sad. And some months later my grandson was diagnosed with cancer. Then they had a beautiful house by a lake near Santiago. They lent the house to Claudia and her family so that they could be together yet near the city just in case something happened.
They are very religious and I am not. But I respect them as they not only pray but do good deeds. It is the way I can understand a real believer.
Do you have close friends that are different from you?

@RubyHawk My idea too. I have friends and I have family. I don´t have to be best friend with my family, but I have to be there.

Those are nice friends. I have a friend too, a close one but so different from me. She is an extrovert and I am an introvert but we get along so good.

I always had a very different kind of friend from me. I'm quiet person, tend to be shy, but I always have friends in every period of my life that tend to be very cheerful and very easy to socialize. Types of Sangunis. I am grateful because they always can make my heart happy and they do it sincerely. I also can always listen to what they want to pour, because I'm a good listener type.
Whatever it is, a good friend is a friend when we need, regardless of whether we ask for their help or not

I clean up my house almost every day. I will clean up the table and wash the dishes after they leave.

Hey! Wow, I live at Iguassu falls too! Almost all of my friends are different from me, but or differences are what make us friends. Having friends who are different from me allow us to share our different opinions and learn from each other. It is also good when I have problems and want several different approaches on how to solve the problem.
