I just read about this and it like a good idea which will help one save some bucks monthly. No spend day is basically about not spending on some days, one set aside some days and never spend money instead of paying for rides one rather walk, cook with only the condiments at home, just switching up things to avoid spending. What do you think?, you like it or you would love to try it out?

Its very easy to have no spend days. Even if you have a large family. I have several no spend days a month. But I plan my grocery trips, and make sure that there is enough money for bills. I also use my online earnings to help pay for just about anything, so there for I have days where I don't need or want to spend any money at all.

It would be nice. I have days when I don't spend. It's like when I don't go out, I don't spend but then next day I have to spend double

If I cycle my bike into the coastal town I can take a walk along the sandy beach and walk in a lovely public garden. I can walk along the beach to Uphill where there is a hillside with an amazing view of the whole area. I haven't been to it for years because my son's wheelchair wouldn't get up there. I wish to knew an accessible way to take him up there. I have tried some no spend days however food has to already be purchased. I would love to try out some more no spend days. It is cool to have a free time out or a fun time at home spending no money. Like playing in the garden or

How about a 56 week challenge? Every week you save up some money and put it aside and list it down till you get to the 56th week and see how much you have saved.

A no spend day wouldn't help me. I'd only end up spending double the next day.

Yes it's a good idea. Going on a savings mode on some days...saving money, saving energy and surviving with bare minimal.
