The most important thing to keep in mind is to know what the question is really asking and not to formulate answers right away. Take note of key words. Read each choices carefully. Use nursing assessment, ABC's and Maslow's as appropriate in choosing the best answer. Feel free to add your tips.

I agree.. i took a $400 Kaplan course and they cover all of these things and it helped a ton!
