Can’t Sleep

Usually Ill be lucky to sleep by 10 since I work until 7:30am to 8pm but for some reason I can’t sleep until 5am. I don’t like drinking warm milk and my roommates are probably getting annoyed of my tv being on all night. Does anybody have any suggestions??

Several weeks ago I was suffering from the same and I slept only for about three hours for three weeks. But now I'm back to my normal sleeping time which is between 10 and 11pm but I wake up at 6am everyday. I didn't do anything special at all.

We are having the same problem. Maybe because I am thinking too much. Sometimes I slept early after a long prayer..

Probably. My doctors says it might be because Im anxious so my mind doesn’t relax into sleep.

Try a warm bath.. It can induce sleep

Try listening to relaxing music or maybe take a warm bath before you hit the sack. I have sleeping problems as well and taking a warm bath before bedtime helps.

Turning off all lights including cellphone, laptop, TV signals our body for sleep.

Go for banana and milk smoothie and give me feed back.
