Back from the gym

Tonight's weather was glorious and beautiful with some sunshine. Class tonight was small as usual for the summer. But at least I saw Melissa there.
Here's what new poses we did tonight along with our normal stretches and Sun Salutation routine:
6 Tilting Cows (3x/side)
6 Hip Circles (3x/side)
2 Mini Sun Salutations (1x/side)
1 Airplane Pose and 1 Gentleman's Chair Pose
1 Camel Pose and 1 Dolphin Pose
2 Bridge Poses
Bonus Pose: 1 Forward Fold with the Waterfall Stretch
That's about it for tonight.
