Health is Wealth, but why we often neglect what our body needs?

Nobody can take care well of our health. It will always be us. We can't rely on anyone. To be healthy is to do what is right for our body. What do you do to maintain a healthy body?

It could be because we are too busy making money. I wish I have the luxury of spending everyday working out, juicing fruits. Instead, I think about work, I spend the entire day sitting behind my office table. And I have not much better choice because I will have to spend my daughter to school. When I have the time, I meditate, eat vegetables and nutritious foods.

Hello @yoalldudes Thanks for sharing what you do to have a healthy body. Yes I think we are neglecting our body because of being busy. When we are working we are sitting the whole day, and when home we can't even spend a few minutes for exercise.

Fulfill the body's right to get food including rice, side dishes, vegetables, fruit and milk. Do not consume too much instant noodles because there are lots of chemical substances in them such as sodium polyphosphate, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, waxes and food coloring that all these substances are not good if they enter our body too often. Excessive portions of food will not increase the health of the body but can cause many diseases. For those who do a lot of activities during the day, avoid staying up late at night. Staying up late will make the body become less healthy because the night wind is not good for the body. Your body needs rest after doing all day activities. Drink water before sleep and after waking up very well.

I eat well and try to do excercise daily ..I prefer to eat fruits and nuts friend
