What are your thoughts about Steve Jobs?

Lately, I've been really motivated by his business ethics. He was very passionate about his work and a lot of us know how inspiring his story was when he got fired from Apple, the company he created and then Apple bought NeXT, the new company Steve Jobs created and rehired him later as a CEO. Many people admired him because of that and it really inspired me to work harder in my job because I know time is limited. We have to do our best in our fields. However, I'm hearing lately of bad press/negative news about him and how strict he is even to his daughter. So, what are your thoughts about him?
