The beverages available were coffee, tea, and water. On the menu: tender sliced brisket, smoked sausage, cowboy beans, roasted tiny potatoes, biscuits and apple cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream. Plates were all dished up and served to us. Cold beverages were on the table, but the coffee was brought around. Staff, some of whom also were the performers, brought around huge buckets of food for seconds. Except for the biscuits. You had to catch them if you wanted seconds. By the time dessert came out, a nice serving of apple cobbler, warm from the oven and topped with vanilla ice cream was just right. As we finished eating, the music and comedy show began.
