I make more than that most weeks. But I belong to a website that demands actual work and is probably not available to you.

@Berrygal No...but back then plenty of assignments were around here and on sites such as mturk, iwriter, freelancer, upwork. I have a lot of net problems and I have a couple of court cases. Last three years I have hardly earned anything. I just say hello to friends here and on fb. Luckily, I have cleared my home loans. Otherwise, it could have been stressful. :)

@Berrygal It is better to check for sites on the net so that it suits your talents.
I did but found out some want me to submit articles within a timeframe on subjects I am not comfortable with. I am a professionally qualified accountant but I had enough of it - siva

Yes, it is possible. You can start off by upgrading your skills. You can take several courses online that are free of charge. You can be a social media manager, online tutor, data entry specialist, transcriptionist, graphic designer, bookkeeper, article writer, etc.

Begin doing the things that will bring you to your aim - grow number of your followers on social media if you want to try affiliate marketing and get much from it. Copywrite for a tiny amount of money to get experience and personal clients and earn well enough later from this work. Begin a blog or vlog to become popular and monetize it in the future
