Back from the gym

This evening was a bit hot outside with plenty of sunshine to work out in the fitness room. We had a nice sized class today, when we worked with the small balls like the last time she subbed before with the same routine on the mat.
This is what we did tonight:
40 Ball Pass Crunches (20 with the ball between ankles, 20 between knees)
10 Bridge Poses and 1 100 Cycle
10 Crunches (5x/side) and 4 Planks
8 Windshield Wiper Stretches (4x/side)
10 Double Leg Raises (5x/side)
4 Head Raises
1 Corpse Pose
That's about it for tonight.

Oh you can do it at your own home. Pilates is a bit different than yoga.
