It is a gloomy Thursday today, my fellow mylotters, how was your night? My afternoon yesterday was a toxic one. The orientation was finished at 4:45PM and after that, we, the 5 part-time clinical instructors went to the city proper; I for my check-up, and the other 4 went to have refreshments in a noodle house. Since I had to wait for an hour and a half for the result of the laboratory examination, I joined them. It was an enjoyable time that we had. We really missed each other. After our snacks, I told them the clinic of my cardiologist is in the mall. They then said, “We’ll see you there!” I did not see them though when I went to the mall (after getting the laboratory result, which was within my normal range). It took 45 minutes for my check-up. So when I went down from the 3rd floor, I thought of going down the escalator at the other end of the mall. Surprise! I saw the 4 part-timers having doughnuts at Dunkin’. More picture-taking/groufies, until I said I have to go because my son and sister might be worried for me. We therefore left at 7:45PM. It was nice reconnecting with them. But of course when I arrived home, the eyebrows of my sister were meeting again, asking me what the result of my laboratory was; when I said ‘normal’, she cynically did not believe me, so I showed ‘in her face’ the result, which is really normal. It is nice to leave the house sometimes, don’t you think so?

Very good that your results were normal. I'm always uneasy until I get my results.

that is so true. anxiety is clouding my mind if the result is not yet revealed.

@RubyHawk it is because my laboratory result was within my normal range, and maybe she expected it to be below or above normal.

@ridingbet You must feel extra good today. Why was your sister surprised?

Having lab tests is always a bit worrying. I'm glad all your tests were fine.

yes, thankfully. the cardiologist told me i will have the PTPA examination taken after 2 months but the laoratory request he did was dated September 15, so i have to call the secretary on Sunday for the revision of my schedule. i should be number 9 patient, i don't know what my number will be on October 17.

Yes, it's nice to leave the house sometimes, but I like always to be back home for dinner time. I am glad the result is normal.

that is true and i agree with you. we will have our duty on Monday but our clinical coordinator said we have to report in school because we have to hone the basic skills of the students before they have their duty in the hospital. i will handle 3rd year students in medical ward.

Leaving house and having some good time is always nice. I am glad that things were normal for you when you went back to home. Yesterday we celebrated Independence Day. Also I watched a new movie. It was good day spent well.
