James Holmes is very thankful that Glendale police officers Jacob Gonzales and Joe Procopio were inside a neighbor's home doing a welfare check when James Holmes knocked on the door to ask for help when his daughter Diana Holmes, 2, fell into a swimming pool and by the time that James was able to get his daughter out of the swimming pool, she was out like a light. Officer Gonzales rushed to give Diana CPR to revive her. Thanks to his expertise in using first aid, Diana recovered. The relatives of Diana took her to a local hospital where Diana made a full recovery. At a press conference James thanked Officer Gonzales for his actions to save the life of his daughter calling the Glendale police "Heroes".

These are the kinds of stories the media should focus on when it comes to police. Not the crap they ACTUALLY report on.

I believe that police officers today are trained to do CPR on people who need it.

That is the media fails to report the good deeds the police do to save lives.

I agree with you even though the media likes to report what a few rotten apples do to others.
