Thank you for all the birthday wishes for my Sophie

Sophie and I both appreciate all those that honored her yesterday by wishing her a Happy Birthday. It was a nice day and after not doing so well with new things I resorted to playing with her with things she already had and she loved playing yarn together.
I hope she had a good day. She does not talk much. She lets me know when it is time for her to eat and when she wants her pets. Aside from that she does not talk much.
Thank you all so much for taking the time out to wish her a Happy Birthday.

I want to get her what she likes and now what she doesn't like. She likes simple things like paper, yarn, laser things. I guess i should concentrate on those things instead and the food she likes. She is basically a good girl. She has grown I think.

Our pets are special. They are just so precious. We take birthdays for granted, and I personally don't like them because of course it means I am getting older. But the animals? Our pets? They are just so happy to be alive and spend time with us. It just makes it...special.

Jim that was so beautiful and perfect what you wrote.I am afraid if I said something more it would spoil what you said. You were so right but this year my birthdays were different and enjoyed them both very much. Yes, our furry ones enjoy being with us and when we play things with them they like it even better and know that we care for them. I realized that my cat wants me to play with her with things and not do them herself and enjoyed that I found things that she liked to play with me.
