Can someone call you accidentally in viber?

I had a recent miss call from someone I'm not in speaking terms with and I receive a notification of a miss call from that person. I'll just ignore it but have you tried accidentally calling someone and how did it happen?

Yes, my mom always do that. she tends to call my sister but she calls mine instead.
