Customers like this are the reason why many waiters and waitresses spit on customer's food.

This woman became an angry whiny 1st world problem complainer on a kebab restaurant because they gave her green bell peppers instead of red. She said her child will never eat anything that is green and she wanted red bell peppers only. Yup she made a public scandal because of capsicum's colors. Oh she also threw away some racial slurs because the crew are bilingual.

I worked in the industry, so I seen what happened, I never did, the cooks always did.

Yeah they have the access with food. I am always nice to crews of restaurants because I don't want "backstage magic" on my food,

I try not to think about it. Of course, I tend not to complain at a restaurant anyway. If I don't like the food or the service I just avoid it in the future.

Wow! What uncalled for behavior, all because of the wrong colored food. I hope they asked her to leave.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I'm not sure, I don't really eat peppers lol. Even if there was, she still didn't need to act like a fool over it.

Is there even a difference between the taste of all belle peppers. They all tasted the same to me.

That's not good trait and showing infront of her child. Though its also not good spitting on costumers food.

People like her though are the reason why some food servers spit on food because it is the best revenge they can get.

I think some customers are over the top to be sure. But I am also VERY GLAD that spitting on someone's food in the United States is a felony. You cannot do this. Period.

We can't blame the people who does it though because sometimes some customers cross the line.

@CaptAlbertWhisker Customers who cross the line still do not deserve to have some disgusting fool spit on their food. That's just over the top.

Some time ago I was in a Mexican restaurant, the people from the neighbour table constantly complained about small things. They were so rude, and I felt sorry for the waiter. I am not surprised to read about this woman, some people overreact and they turn small things into a big problem. The green bell peppers taste a little different from than the red ones, but I still think that her behaviour is rude.

That is when the restaurant manager should kick them out of the restaurant.

This woman is extremely rude. I understand she had not the red peppers she asked, but you can say things being polite and then does this make a big difference?

Red and green peppers, tasted the same to me, so I don't know why people have preference in colors.

@CaptAlbertWhisker Well, they do not taste exactly the same, but I would not start an argument at a restaurant only because I got green peppers instead of red.

That happens. I think the fault was on both sides. The crew didn't get right the order and the customer shamelessly made a public scandal of her complaints.

Specially to food service people who might do revenge if they get mad.
