Bilingual person - a person who knows two languages.
Multilingual person - a person who knows more than two languages.
As for me, I'm bilingual and I know two languages, English and Tamil. And I am in the process of learning the third language, Spanish... I have started it earlier, but not continuing because of studies. I have many works regarding my studies. But again I have started, and for sure I'll learn fully.
