Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 80 degrees F and there is a beautiful sunrise here at the Jersey Shore.
I am up early on this Saturday morning because I am going to the 8 am Strongman workout at the gym. I have to leave at 7:15. I am meeting my sister there which is pretty much the only thing motivating me to go this morning. I am hoping for some tire flips or farmer carries. The past few Strongman sessions have been kind of lame.
No big plans for the day beyond that. There is a birthday party for a coworker that we may make an appearance at but that is later tonight.
What's everyone else up to today?

I have work this afternoon. And need to put the roast in the crock pot before it gets too late in the morning.
But it's too early for that still.

@NJChicaa I was off last weekend. I haven't seen the schedule for next week so I dont know if I work tomorrow. But i am guessing that I do
