Back from the gym

It was a good Strongman workout this morning. There were 3 things up on the board and we rotated through them for 35 minutes. This is what we did: 1) Prowler rope pull/push (50'/50') 2) Heavy sandbag carry (100') 3) Sledgehammer strikes (20) I like all 3 of those activities so it was a fun workout despite the fact that it was difficult. The finisher was also fun--we had to work in groups of 3 to push the owner's Jeep forwards and backwards in the parking lot. Forwards is easy but backwards really gets your quads burning. We did that twice. I had a lot of fun this morning. This is what Strongman Saturdays always used to be like. I hope it is a sign of what is to come in the future. Next workout is Monday morning I think.

Time difference is funny. You have already done gym and it's 7 am here! You are off to a good Saturday and nothing says good mood like whipping up more ice cream lol.

Glad you had fun during exercises. I didn't made to evening walk as it rained but I enjoyed it with coffee.
