Sushi disappointment

My teen decided to give us, whole family a sushi dinner treat today. I was looking forward to this meal because I had not had sushi for a long long time. The sushi were served on individual small plates on the rotating table where you can choose whichever sushi you desired. However the rice fell apart when I tried to pick the sushi up with chopsticks. The beancurd tasted a bit stale and the eel wasn't fully cook. My photo

Sorry for the bad experience. I always like sushi, but it's quite expensive in our country, so I can understand your disappointment. Hopefully you'll find some good ones soon. We just recently found out two Japanese restaurants which are less expensive than Sushi King. I always thought those Japanese restaurants are much more expensive.

Simply looking at them, they are not at all inviting.

That sounds too bad. But the food looks delicious.

I love rolling sushis! They are cheaper than other sushi restaurants. Fortunately for me, the taste was always excellent.

That's why I usually don't like to try new sushi restaurants, because I'm afraid of disappointment. I never tried the rotating table thing though. I eat with the fork because the rice often falls apart anyway.

Sushi is delicious! I like it with salmon.
