Right now my home smells very lemony. I am making Tom Kha Gai which is a chicken soup with lots of lemony ingredients such as galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, and a few other things that I can not pronounce. In an hour or two, I will strain out the leaves and other stuff, leaving the chicken in and add coconut milk and some vegetables.
