I'm sorry. I thought my first article didn't submit so I tried it again and this one submitted. I've now found both my articles, which is actually the same one. I'm not deleting this one since several people have already left a comment and I don't want to leave you out in the cold. Thanks for understanding. Has this ever happened to you?

Finally, I was beginning to be concerned. I won't take that trail again.

I am glad you finally found your way out and was able to enjoy some time outside with a good book. Did your book get soaked?

No, it didn't. I just explained to Andria that I thought my first discussion didn't submit and I changed the title and submitted it again. Now I see the same discussion twice, since you guys have commented, I'm erasing the article and writing an explanation of what happened. I'm sorry for my mistake.

@RubyHawk I'm glad your book didn't get wet. I did see that you had posted twice about this, but wasn't sure why.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I don't know how it happened. I pressed submit and it looked like it didn't submit so i ended up with the same discussion twice. Next time I'll make sure.

There's been many times where I have laid down in my hammock to read a good book, only to wake up hours later to rain, sunsets, darkness, etc. I always joke that if I have insomnia, I'm just going to go lay out in the hammock with a book! haha

@RubyHawk I figured that is what happened! I've done that myself once or twice before.

@moffittjc I think I did it before a time or two but I'd forgotten. I didn't find out until the next day.I believe I've seen two articles of the same thing a few time in other discussions. From now on though I'll always check.

My swing is my favorite place and I sometimes fall asleep. I just found that I have two articles of the same discussion so I swiped this one off and explained what happened. I thought the first one didn't submit and changed the title and submitted again and both discussions submitted. Anyway I erased it and explained what happened in case anyone is confused..

yes that was the time when 'an error occurred while doing your request' only to find out the first discussion was posted, so i delete the 2nd one.

@RubyHawk true but sometimes there are times we miss those situations like the errors of the site.

@ridingbet That's true. Sometimes I miss an error looking right at it. I usually see it later and fix it. But not always.

It's taught me to be more watchful when I post.

You have 2 posts with different titles. May I suggest you rewrite this one a little not to lose the comments.

@RubyHawk That is why I would just rewrite and keep them both.

I've seen that a lot lately. It will go to error. I look to see if it posted. It always has. I learned to look a long time ago when we had that same problem, and I ended up with two articles instead of one.

It's really a good walk! I could not walk that long; maybe just for 30 minutes.

I love long walks in the woods but not on a treadmill. You can read my explanation above that explains why two articles appeared when it should have been only one.
