As much as I wanted to have a fried bologna sandwich for breakfast this morning, I forgot to get bread last night. So that was out of the question. I know I could go get bread, but driving eighteen miles just for a loaf of bread seems stupid.
So instead I made a veggie hashbrown scramble. With a little cheese added, because cheese makes everything better.
What's for breakfast at your house?

I'm about to roll out of my hotel room and start my day at my conference, so I will see what kind of breakfast options the resort has. I know they have a breakfast buffet here, but I think it's like $50 a person to eat, so that is out of the question for me. I'll probably just grab something light, and then eat a bigger meal for lunch, since there's about 800 restaurants in the area.

Why would they charge fifty bucks for a breakfast. That's ridiculous.

@thislittlepennyearns Because it's a fancy resort, and that's what fancy resorts do. Disney charges around the same for their breakfast buffets as well. Orlando is a big giant tourist trap, so of course they are going to do everything they can to rip off the tourists when they visit. Most of the tourists are from other countries and don't know any better.

@moffittjc yeah but Disney has at least fun stuff at their breakfasts like mouse shaped pancakes and characters walking around

This morning some bacon and eggs with half an everything bagel. Bacon smells so good. Your breakfast sounds good as well. Enjoy.

Your breakfast sound good. i had natural yogurt with home mede granola and fruit, to end I had a toast and a coffee.
