My husband is not a complainer but a negative person. He always have something to say negative on things. Though, other than that he is a joker. He has a high blood maintenance.

I used to have anger issues and complained all the time. Changing that behaviour was a personal decision for me. You have to make up your mind to do it. I did and I haven't looked back.

@Iam_jauntyjen The first step in overcoming these issues is recognizing that she has these issues. Once she recognizes that it is a problem, she will be empowered to change it. That is how I did it.

I am not at all a complainer, but I have known people who complained all the time who reached their late 90's.
