When I had a job, I had a habit of saving.when I became a housewife I lost that habit.everybody should have a saving habit to meet the financial crisis that may come at any point of life. Do you people save?

We all should have some money in savings, it's kind of mandatory these days. I too have small amount in savings

I do think it is mightily important to have at least a years worth of outgoings tucked away as savings!

It's important that we have savings so that we can use it during emergency or with other incidental expenses. It's hard to get a loan from lending institutions if you are just salaried individuals not unless you have other properties to be use as collateral.

Yes, I have savings. It was only recently when I have learned the habit of saving because I used to spend a lot on shopping before. But I have realized, I have to save for my future, especially now that I am suffering from an illness. I also need to have an emergency fund.
