I had to wake him up

My husband was out late last night and he must have been partying it up because he slept and slept and slept this morning. I finally had to wake him up at 11:45 so we could get the show on the road. We have to go to Lowes to get mums and we need to go to the cable place to get new cable boxes for the Man Cave. I didn't feel like sitting around here all day waiting to do that.
So now he is showered and getting dressed. Hopefully we will be out of here and on our way to the store shortly.

Bruce use to do this about every other night. It got stale after 10 years.

I don't mind it on weekends now and then. He works hard and has a lot of friends at our hangout. He actually stayed there until 3 am the following night drinking coffee with the female manager keeping her company while the hoods in the kitchen were getting cleaned. He slept until noon on Monday. 
I knew he deserved the lie-in, though, because he did a good deed.
