A Little Quicker Action Was Needed!

A little more alertness and a little quicker action would have saved my set top box. But sadly, I lacked in both due to ill health last two weeks. I had a severe attack of fever.I was on paracetamol and antibiotics. I was watching the TV to pass away my time. Just then lightning stuck. Though I got up to unplug the TV and the set up box I was late by a fraction of a second. I showed the gadget to the cable operator. He told me it was irrepairable. I will have to pay him 1600 Indian Rupees to get a new set top box. I am repenting. Until the new set top box comes there is no TV time for the family!
