Update on my Kindle

Tuesday I said that my Kindle wasn't charging correctly.I thought I could maybe listen to all of Origin (by Dan Brown) and then try to charge it again. The battery indicator wasn't moving. I was wrong. Wednesday afternoon when I was going to listen to three more parts (which are three hours), I found out the Kindle had an empty battery screen. So I put the Kindle to charge and the charging light came on!! I left it to charge for four hours. It wouldn't reset which was my fault. I did hold the Home button long enough. Thursday morning I tried it again and it reset!! But the empty battery screen came on again. I did order a new battery for it. Right now it is in Minooka, IL. I hope it comes early so I can see if it works. If it doesn't work, I will need to get a new Kindle. I saw one I want on Amazon. I hope the price stays the same. By the way, I have a Kindle Keyboard which is Kindle 3.
