What Size?

OK, I am already Christmas shopping to help out Mr. & Mrs. Santa.
I asked a roommate literally what she wants for Christmas. She said bras, socks and underwear.
My roommate is a bit of a tomboy. She wears white aerobics bras, plain men's boxer briefs and white crew socks.
Well, the white crew socks are easy.
I asked her if Santa and Mrs. Santa could get her something girly and/or funky. She said OK.
Well, I have been looking on-line, and found the neatest & most colorful aerobics bras and men's boxer briefs. Both are in packages of multiple colors.
What is weird is that both bras and underwear packages are both one size fits all. She would normally wear a 2 XL bra and M underwear. Would the new bars and underwear fit?
I would appreciate your opinion!

@Spontaneo big women hard to find the size just like that. most clothes are free size. which not free at all because it is just for petite ones.

@Spontaneo I understand, but buying something that she could not wear does not seem the right move. I am petite and skinny. Every time that I received a "one size fits all" I had to donate, too big for me, too small for my sister-in-law who was overweight.
