Good morning.Very early for me.Will be heading out to get 2 units of blood.
Do you have your phone or tablet at your side.
I do not have my phone at my side.It is another room.
Same as tablet.Many do have them very near by.For me not that addicted.
does your digital life have side effects?

No I have a life. No need to tote a phone, I don`t have a tablet.

It is the best thing to do. It is a bad habit that I have and now all three of my children has the same issue as me. Once I punished my 12 yr old and she screamed bawling her eyes out. She was crying so hard she could hardly breathe.

I'm not that addicted to mine either, I could go without them and I will from Friday to Tues as I will be traveling so won't be on Mylot. Be well Alfredo, cute daughter.

My phone is around the house usually on my desk. The only time it is on my person is when I'm driving somewhere. In case of emergencies.

I have it always beside me even during night and sleeping time. The reason is I do not need to stand up by reaching it from the other side if I will be receiving a call or a text. However, I do not own a tablet. In some sense, there might be side effects whether for health or for daily function as well.

My phone is almost always near me. But thats because its my clock, alarm clock, my sites, and the way of communicating with friends and family. Plus i hardly ever have the volume on so wouldnt know if anyone calls or texts if its not.

I am ashamed to say that I always have my phone by my side. As a matter of fact, I have two phones and they are sitting by me right now. My two phones are to my right and my tablet is to my left.
I sleep with 1 phone by my bedside. I also take my phone to meetings at work--everywhere!
Bad habbit that I must break!
