Something happened today. @Anna and @Marlina inspired me to go for a walk and I did this evening. And like after a very long time I walked for about 2 hours. Not a brisk one a normal one only yet 2 hours and my mother was much more happier to see this. I felt really good and enjoyed the walk. What is the maximum duration for which you might have to an extent walked?

@shubhu3 I am glad that I inspired you, walking is a good exercise because you may decide to walk more or shorten your walk if you feel tired.

@shubhu3 I couldn't have enjoyed less. We needed to come up with something on oil spill. We visited the environment where the oil spill occurred, had a chat with the community members, boarded canoe across their river to see the extent of oil damage and wow, it was a journey I would have loved to go on to if needed again.

I think the longs walk I ever took was nine miles, but normally I walk one or two miles when I'm really taking a walk. Time doesn't count because I make so many stops to take pictures.

During the recent typhoon here, the train line stopped and there weren’t any taxis so I went home on foot and it took me about 40 minutes.

I will do a couple hours of just walking for exercise but I walk so much daily I tend to take shorter exercise walks of around 30 minutes to 1 hour. Yes I always feel better after I walk.

Keeping a goal of 2 hours will be difficult for you to follow every day How about half an hour with a brisk walk. My activities around the house and garden give me enough walking exercise. I have a terrace garden too.
