An ARROGANT Person

At street, I witnessed these two men who have an altercation. The other guy was very furious and almost gave a hand the other man. They’re both driving a vehicle; the other one is a PUV driver who earn for his living while the other man I supposed was the owner of the car. The situation goes. While the car’s driver was about to park, a PUJ was approaching. The other man was not yet fully taken place the car in its space although, he can’t be bump by the passing PUJ. The man’s in the car got mad and shouted at the man in the PUJ. Discontented, he ran towards the man while traffic at stop and attempted to punch the PUJ’s driver with all the curse and harsh words he could have said. The PUJ’s driver calmly explained. However, he continue on yelling and said further that “don’t you know me?” with an emphasis of threat. Passengers raised their brows and whispering each other asking who the hell this arrogant man was.
