The depths to which our social setup is falling- makes me feel sick

Some of you might think that I am a super cynical person that made me write the subject in such a way. However, I am normally an easy going person. Yet there are happenings in my society that are making me angry and feeling sick. One such field is women and girls safety. On this account, our society is going to very low depths. I know that in this respect, there are other nations too which are going downhill. Yet that is not an execuse. In a latest incident, one state's CBSE(Central Board for Secondary Education) topper was raped by a few men. Three men have been identified and one is likely an ArmyMan. Now, there is a likelihood that there were a few more men. We have been seeing such incidents again and again. The criminals are caught but punishments either do not come, or they come so late that criminals are not deterred. To add fuel to fire, the social morality in some of Indian states and ethnic groups is one of preference to male child- which propagates disrespect to womenfolk and in many cases, such cases of rape and molestation. Then, there are some so called honorable elected representatives who say things like "Unemployment leads to frustrations and rapes", or some even link dressing to increased rape cases. Sick, so sick! I think perhaps- well I would not normally like to say such things, but if a big politicians' or an official's family faces such a heinous situation, then perhaps things will change. Or perhaps the day has come, when womenfolk need to take help from certain good menfolk and spirit of Goddess Durga and start killing the people sho have committed such crimes, and even folks who shield them. What more I say- God are you listening?

It sounds like it's a time for a change. Unemployment. Right. My trigger finger is itching, actually. Enough is enough.
