Having a rough and tough morning.

I was having a not so good sleep last night. I was having a shortness of breathing that makes me panic and cry. And I hate this kind of moments when I feel something might happen to me.
Early morning I was having a stomach ache and went directly to the comfort room. Then my right leg and two hands are dead numb. I panic again. After trying to relax, I needed to go back to the comfort room. I feel hopeless. I tried to have something to eat and plan to go to the ER because I really don't understand the sensation I have. After relaxing, I kind of feeling a little okay and decide to wait for the boyfriend since I will have my treatment later today.

I can imagine the way you feel, it's not easy going through things like these ones. I remember my panic one morning when after waking up I couldn't move at all for more than one hour. Not a single muscle. And some other day I couldn't see after waking up, everything was in a thick fog.

Hope and pray you are feeling much better now, Bhem. Try to relax. As for me, I am feeling quite recharged now because I had my much-needed sleep last night. But the other day, I had experienced another anxiety/panic attack.
