I bought various LED brands and I compared that there were yellow ones and some were white, not only that but some dim LEDs made our eyes hurt when we saw them.

When buying LED bulbs look at the box if it's warm white or cool white. LED temperature is measured in K or kelvins, the higher the K the yellowish it is, the lower it is the whiter the light it would emit. Manufactuers make bulbs that has different LED temperatures.

but how to find out, if the one written on the box is appropriate? When in the shop all the light is on and it's difficult to distinguish it.

@May2k8 assuming they are all lighted up on display and you see one you like, take note of the brand and ask the sales clerk to get you in the box. Look if it says "warm white, cool white and at times neutral. Neutral is near that of daylight, cool is like fluorescent light and warm is like incandecent bulb. Have your choice tested in the counter to confirm that is what you like. I assume that before buying you already have a preference between white, yellow and neutral. Oh yes temperature color charts can also be found in most boxes, just remember what I taught you

@louievill Okay, I hope I can find what I'm looking for and I learn it from you. It seems that the brightest and most durable is the PHILIPS, because I bought another brand only can alive in a few days.

You also have to look in terms of light, and since I read it I finally bought it in 6000K color and looked very bright.

We have some in the house which seems to be brighter than the others, and I have often wondered why. Good to read the explanations from the others here.
