I got two tenants complaining, they need something done.
One that has lived in my house for 19 years told me she has an infestation of roaches, they know they have to get rid of them, one they live at the thrift stores and bring them home with that junk.
The other one is a newbie, 6 months with me. She called and told me she has an infestation of bugs! but she don`t know what kind and there is a wet spot in the front yard we need to look at.
That bug thing has me curious.
Whenever I think about working on my old home place this always happens.
I wonder why?

@andriaperry I rented an apartment for many years and I never annoyed my landlord for this kind of silly things.

Not my place to get rid of roach bugs, in the lease they bring`em in the get rid of them. I have none when they move in.

These bugs and roaches can be serious issue. Seems like you have to get some rest control done.

@andriaperry I was not sure of your rental agreement. Since they called you I thought you need to do it. Even it did not make sense to me that why should you do it??

The bugs that have driven me crazy recently are mosquitos.....nasty, biting bugs. They have had a bumper year. Hot! Enough rain! I'll be so happy when I don't feel I'm under attack every time I step out of doors.
Let us know what these "bugs" your new tenant is seeing, turn out to be.

That is a funny statement. The pick my house to rent, its clean and pest free, they sign the lease that states they will take care of my property. I do not satisfy them.
