I love bananas , I can eat this tropical fruit anytime of the day. However my teen told me that it is not wise to eat banana at night because it will hinder my sleeping time.
In other words, I couldn't sleep at night because bananas make you hyper active.
Is it true?

I don't think bananas can make you hyperactive. Some of the food that can make you hyperactive are candies, chocolates, sodas, energy drinks, etc.

Interesting question.
However, I haven't try to eat banana at night.
I only knew that do not eat it when you have an empty stomach but I am not sure the reason, probably due to digestion.

Don't see why this should be true. Eat your banana and have a good nights' sleep!

Eating a banana has never made me hyper active. I guess you will have to look up the effects of eating a banana. I just don't think eating one banana will effect your sleep.

I eat whenever I'm hungry, I think fruits is easy for our body to digest much better than eating a heavy meal before sleeping I guess. Banana makes me feel strong but it never hindred my sleep.
