Claudia is bringing the kids at 9 am. I never thought they would arrive so early. They are staying for lunch and I got out a pork loin to roast. I´ll add a lot of onions because Sofía loves onions. I think that the easiest way will be to boil some potatoes to serve on the side. And I have some Brussel sprouts that I´ll place in a small platter for whoever wants it. That means that this is going to be my last post. I´ll mylot some more, reading some of your posts and checking notifications. Sleep tight, dear friends. Have a lovely day.

@JudyEv I eat a lot of chicken here. It is healthy, it can be cooked in many different ways and it is inexpensive.
