Every day all day from the moment I get to the moment I go to sleep. I must check labels on the things I let him eat. Is this safe to each? Yes, it is! Okay let me check one more time. Reading through the ingredients, looking for allergy labels. There it is at the bottom the one I must have missed while scanning through it reads May contain Nuts or Treenuts. Well he can’t have they now at all. Looking looking through the cabinets and there I spot something else he might be able to eat. Flip it over, is that okay? No, it’s not. It has wheat, nuts and sesame. Well that won’t do at all. Okay let’s try this one more time. Finally I pull out some Annie’s, that is certain good. Nothing in this will hurt him. He won’t wake up in pain later, he won’t habe to run to the bathroom and have a yucky. His skin won’t break out into a rash. He won’t go into shock. This repeats through out the day every time he wants to eat. Mommy must stop and think. Read each line carefully so here baby won’t get sick. So his body won’t start attacking itself.
Food allergies are such a pain.

It is extremely important to read labels/ingredients especially if you are allergic to nuts, dairy, and other things. Allergies can be fatal so be extra careful.

Factories depending onnthey process food it’s in on the same line or same places or they have employees that might be eating nuts on their breaks leaving traces of nut.
