I come in today and usually shift change is swift. Our shifts have been fairly busy especially mine. I come in today and the older lady is working. A line up least 10 customer standing around and she's nowhere to be seen. I walk around the cash and serve these grumpy people one even stated they've been standing here. She comes out from the fridge and pushes me out of the way. I said I've served people for 10 minutes where have you been. She goes stocking the fridge. Many were inside sales so she had to stand hitting the button so she knew they were coming in. She just random decides to go do something, and walk away from customer she did it 3 times while I was here I start walking around the store as I do that when they switch shifts/count the till. She starts how it was busy nothing was done. Garbages overflowing, fridges empty and bathrooms mess. Yet, she had time to switch cream /milk because milk needs to be first or I stock coffee lids s/m/l like every place yet not to her. So I just finally think go home it's almost done. She starts yelling at me for useless things. One being I moved her bottles of bleach away from other chemicals, another is why I have food in the back fridge. I just turn to her I can see why your kid started doing drugs if you bicker at her like this and control her life like you try here. It did stop her kid sentence and made her think. I pity her people she clearly has no control in her life and unhappy but I'm not coming to work to listen to her verbally attack me for small things (common sense things). She starts how she does everything and it's not fair. Sorry, you feel that way but you do nothing was my reply. She half does things or doesn't do them. I just spend 3 hours doing her tasks then now mine. I hope to god he gets rid of these 2 losers soon

I started mentioning it. Before was items ie garbages which can be tricky if you don't know timing as in my shift as well. I either do them 3pm or 8pm. You have to hit the timing right. I also don't wait until they are heavy but say dump 6 of them part full unto another. But since she got weekends when the girl left. She just been horrible. But lately it's been worse. Such as leaving customers mid transaction

@jstory07 completely agree!!! Not sure why she just walks off??. I can see if you were stocking the fridge and this happens to me a lot not notice someone come in.
