Back from the gym

There were 3 things up on the board today. We rotated through them for about 45 minutes. This is what we did: 1) Sled pull/push (50'/50') 2) Atlas stone (1) alternate with barbell hang/clean (1) 3) Farmer carry (200') The turf was damp due to the humidity which mean that the sleds didn't want to move. They were very difficult to both pull AND push. You didn't even need to load them up with plates to make them a challenge. I warmed up with the 95 pound Atlas stone and then did the 115 for the rest of the time which made me happy. I've finally progressed! The farmer carries were basic--pick up heavy stuff and move it. My coworker didn't make it this morning. Apparently she partied a little too heartily last night. She would have liked this morning's session I think. Oh well. Next workout is Monday at 5 pm!
