Done for tonight

I am finished food-prepping for the night. I've done as much as I can. . . and as I can fit into my fridge. The turkey is brining, the meatloaf mixture is made and in a bowl, the ribs are rubbed, and the macaroni and cheese is made. I would have made the cole slaw but there physically is no room for it in the fridge at the moment. I could make it and put it in the fridge downstairs in the basement, but it really isn't a big deal. I can just as easily make it tomorrow morning when the meat comes out of the fridge before it goes into the smoker. There will be room for it then. Friends and family are bringing the most of the appetizers and the desserts so there isn't much more for us to do tomorrow except straighten up the house and put the meat in the smoker.
