Pain or Painless vaccination, which one we need to prefer....

As i mentioned in my earlier post about my daughter vaccination and i also told that she also had lot of pain yesterday. Still today she is having discomfort. But in vaccination also there are 2 variants: one is with pain and another one is painless. First one vaccination, will give pain and fever to the child for 1-2 days. But it us very effective for long term. On the other hand, painless will not give any pain and fever to the child but still there is a doubt of its long term effectiveness. I choose first one i.e. with pain for my daughter. So, which one should you prefer......
